As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Programme Council is planning to construct Olympic Leisure Centre Refresh project.

This RFT is for the appointment of a Contractor to undertake these works. The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project.

An overview of the works includes but is not limited to:

•  Structural decks over the two pool voids and walls as per structural and architectural documentation.
•  Mechanical works as per mechanical documentation.
•  Electrical works as per electrical documentation.
•  Architectural works as per architectural documentation.
•  The works are separated from the live operating areas of the building however all care and responsibility must be taken to ensure extremely minimal operational disruptions if any.

In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions.

Contractors will have the opportunity to visit the site with the Project Manager present on Wednesday 8th October at 2:00pm.
