Provision of Project Management Services - Panel Establishment

Kiama Municipal Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the provision of contract project management services.

Council is undertaking a range of capital infrastructure projects requiring external project management support, including:

• Restoration of roads and infrastructure damaged by storm events, and reconstruction of road and drainage assets under Betterment Grants to enhance resilience against future extreme weather.
• Capital works on Council buildings, such as major extensions to community facilities, installation of sportsfield lighting, and refurbishment of holiday accommodation.

Council intends to establish a panel of professional engineers to provide short to medium-term project management services on an as-needs basis. Engagements will occur between 1 December 2025 and 30 June 2028.

Interested parties must demonstrate relevant qualifications, experience, and capacity to deliver high-quality project management services across the scope of works.
