Council will establish a liaison committee to oversee the repair and maintenance of the St Marys Exhibition Building for community use.

This includes monitoring the $100,000 allocated in the 2025/26 Budget.

The committee will include:

• Up to 3 community representatives.
• 2 Council staff.
• 1 Councillor.

The committee will be chaired by the Council officer managing the restoration project.
