Automatic Door Repair and Maintenance

The purpose of this tender is to engage an Approved Service Provider for the provision of Automatic Door Repair and Maintenance Services for the Ballarat City Council.

The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring the effective repair, servicing, and maintenance of automatic doors across Council facilities.

• Maintenance and Repairs:

Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance every four (4) months per AS Standards, and replace components with parts from reputable manufacturers.

• Emergency and Additional Services:

Provide prompt emergency response, including after-hours breakdowns, and undertake any other relevant tasks for automatic door repair and maintenance as required.

Initial:- 3 year contract with 2 (two) x 3 (three) year extension options
