Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The seller will provide the following deliverables to the buyer:
- Ensure SharePoint Online environment stability, with ownership of the SharePoint environment and proactive support for user requests, technical change requests/issues and smooth day-to-day operations
- Troubleshooting of the SharePoint environment technical issues, environment services (search, managed metadata, etc.) to achieve stable, accessible and managed SharePoint Online and the buyer’s intranet pages.
- Support for business requests on SharePoint Online environment, including content types and metadata management, web parts and site pages customisation requests, sites and site collections provision (including TeamSites), user permissions and access mappings, and features management.
- Support for Operational SharePoint tasks and management of site collections security, permissions and users access requests.
- Support for user requests on the SharePoint environment and business applications built on top of SharePoint.
- SharePoint support following the removal of LiveTiles as requested by the business.
- Phone support, with help desk availability to log calls/tickets and the appropriate service levels associated with tickets priority.
- Ensure best practices for enhancements and environment architecture.
