There are an estimated 250 machinery items, power appliances and tools, allocated to Civil Maintenance vehicles or located at depots and sites within Hunter Waters area of operations that require ongoing inspection, service and repair.

Hunter Waters fleet of light and heavy vehicles, and large plant items also require regular inspection and maintenance services.

These services are crucial for workplace safety, operational efficiency, and help to identify potential hazards like wear, damage, or defects before they cause accidents, injuries, or fatalities.

Regular maintenance also ensures equipment meets safety standards and maximizes asset lifespan. Having this contract in place ensures Hunter Water meets legislative inspection and manufacturers specifications for servicing requirements.

Hunter Water seeks to engage the services of a fully qualified, experienced, and licensed mobile plant service provider for the supply of mobile plant inspection, service, maintenance and repair services.

The objective of this service is to provide Hunter Water with a term contract for the maintenance, inspection, service and breakdown repair of Hunter Waters larger and smaller plant items which is reliable, highly responsive, well managed and controlled, at least cost to Hunter Water.
