Dru Point Basketball Court

Kingborough Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified contractors or consortia for the design, supply, and construction of a new outdoor community basketball court at Dru Point Reserve, Margate. The facility may be a full-size or half-size basketball court. A selection will be made by Council based upon assessment of the best value and design outcome achievable within the available budget of $140,000 (ex GST).

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday 9th October, on site. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again.

Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
