All Goulburn Valley Water Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001

BRIEF SCOPE:

Periodically Victorian water corporations are required to prepare and submit a Water Pricing Submission to the Essential Services Commission (“ESC”). The Pricing Submission is a detailed business plan for the nominated regulatory period which is the basis of the ESC’s approval of customer tariffs and monitoring of performance.

The Pricing Submission provides information in relation to forecast operating and capital expenditures, water demand forecasts, targeted customer service levels and delivery of projects.

The next Pricing Submission for GVW will cover the period from July 2028 – June 2033 and will be prepared over the next two years for submission to the ESC in September 2027.

GVW will require specialised advice and support to prepare a number of components of the Pricing Submission and is now seeking the services of one or more suitably qualified consultants to provide this support.
