Knox City Council (Council) invites Tenders for the 3602 - Lighting Upgrades Design and Construct as per the Specification relating to the following scope:

Part 1 - Eildon Park (Oval 1) Floodlight Upgrade

Part 2 - Rowville Recreation Reserve (Oval 1) Floodlight Upgrade

Part 3 - Bayswater Bowls Club Lighting Upgrade

This tender is structured into three separable portions. For each portion, tenderers are required to provide the following pricing options: Option 1 - Utilising Existing Poles and/ or Option 2 based on New Poles

Each portion will be evaluated independently; however, the Principal reserves the right to consider combined submissions where applicable.

Tenderers must also provide evidence for the following mandatory requirements.

Insurances

• Requirement: Valid Insurance Certificates

• Evidence Required: Copies of current insurance certificates (e.g., Public Liability, Workers Compensation, etc.)

Registered Engineer

• Requirement: Engagement of a Registered Engineer

• Evidence Required: Proof of registration (e.g., registration number, certificate)

Licensed Electrician

• Requirement: Engagement of a Licensed Electrician

• Evidence Required: Proof of current electrical license
