Tender Description

The City of Boroondara (Council) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT) and its attachments.

South Surrey Park Playground Replacement includes: minor earthworks, grading, drainage, protection of existing trees, new proprietary equipment, furniture and fencing, hard and softscape works.

The Scope of Works includes but not limited to the following:

  •  Earthworks and grading
  •  Preliminaries including Traffic Management, Temporary fencing, Tree Protection Fencing
  •  Retain and protect existing trees
  •  Removal of all existing playground equipment
  •  Supply and install drainage and soakage pits
  •  Supply and install new playground furniture
  •  Supply and install new playground equipment
  •  Supply and install playground surfaces, boulder and timber logs
  •  Supply and install paths, edging and paving
  •  Supply and install fencing, gates and integrated signs
  •  Supply and install trees
  •  Site reinstatement; re-seeding and re-turfing
  •  13-week softscape maintenance
