Project goals

Provision of grounds and horticultural maintenance services for the Mount Penang Gardens and across the Mount Penang Parklands Site for areas maintained by Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation, including maintenance of grassed areas, pest control and weed prevention, basic tree maintenance and condition reporting, maintenance of garden beds, and management and maintenance of the Mt Penang Gardens.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Evidence of at least 2 contracts delivered in the past 3 years (or current) of a similar scope, size and nature. Provide contract details.
