Tender Description

Multiple sites across Western Australia are now open for Offers under the State Government's Housing Delivery Pipeline Round 2 (HDP2), providing developers the opportunity to deliver new residential housing in high-demand areas.

DevelopmentWA, through its agent Colliers, is inviting Offers to acquire and develop the following lots:

  • Lot 9000 McLarty Avenue Lot 999 (45) Piccadilly Circle, Joondalup
  • Lot 217 (No.91) Anchorage Drive, North Coogee
