WORKS DESCRIPTION:
The scope of works for the Waters Ward Carpark, delivered as part of the Waters Ward Multigenerational Recreation Space, involves the demolition and redevelopment of the existing carpark to accommodate increased parking demand while creating a safe, shaded and accessible environment. The design incorporates civil, electrical, hydraulic and irrigation components, supported by nature-based strategies such as cooling & shading. The works address site grading, drainage, lighting, planting and irrigation to ensure universal access, sustainable management and long-term maintenance.
