The Pyrenees Shire Council are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to license the land located at 226 High Street Avoca for a 12-month period.

Council is seeking proposals from interested individuals to license the site for their proposed use.

226 High Street Avoca consists of approximately 7 hectares of accessible land. This EOI is an invitation to demonstrate your interest and provide your proposal on how the site could be used to meet the below objectives.

Proposals must include:

• Identify the proposed usage of the land

• Actions that will be taken to ensure the land is suitable for such use (Eg: stock proofing, etc)

• How the proposed usage or actions will ensure the property does not become a fire hazard

• Proposed license fees for the usage.

License Requirements:

It will be a requirement of the license that the licensee has suitable Public Liability Insurance Policy for the land up to the value of $20m

Conditions:

Council may require access to the land at varying points to enable surveying work associated with the future land development.

The licensable area is indicated in the below image and is within the General Residential Zone.
