Expressions of interest for Caboolture Hub Café

Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from not-for-profit community organisations. The EOI is for the establishment of a social enterprise café. The café space is on the ground floor of the Caboolture Hub. The hub is at 4-22 Hasking Street, Caboolture.

Council will offer the successful applicant a lease under the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994. This is your chance to create a café that serves the community.

This opportunity is open only to registered not-for-profit community organisations.

When submitting, you must mark the application with 'EOI—Private and Confidential—Caboolture Hub Café'.

Council must have all applications before 12:00 PM on Monday, 13 October 2025.

On-Site Café Inspection:

For interested lessees, there will be an on-site inspection of the café from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, 01 October 2025.
