Food and Beverage Operations - Logan Entertainment Centre, Limelight Cafe, and Basement Cafe

⁠⁠⁠Logan City Council is seeking experienced and qualified operator(s) to manage food and beverage services across the following separable portions:

• Separable Portion 1 – Logan Entertainment Centre

• Separable Portion 2 – Limelight Café

• Separable Portion 3 – Basement Café

The successful Contractor(s) will be responsible for the delivery of food and beverage services in accordance with the relevant specification for each portion, including service delivery, staffing, compliance, and ongoing performance management.

ENQUIRIES:

Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented and distributed to all tenderers to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents.

All enquiries in relation to this tender must be submitted via the etender Online Forum.

LODGEMENT OF SUBMISSIONS:

Tenders must be submitted via the etender Portal. Any difficulty completing or uploading your submission should be urgently reported to the etender portal.

SITE VISIT

A site visit will be held for prospective tenderers on Friday, 10 July 2026, commencing at 3:15 pm at the Logan Entertainment Centre, 170 Wembley Road, Logan Central QLD 4114. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory.

Tenderers intending to attend must register by emailing tendering@logan.qld.gov.au no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, 9 July 2026, advising the names of all proposed attendees.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

The Tender can only be submitted electronically through the etender portal and prior to the Closing Date. At any time prior to the Closing Date, Council may issue additional or different information to tenderers, which shall be taken into account in preparation of the Tender.
