Suppliers are now invited to participate in LGCAs Request to Qualify (RTQ) process to access opportunities in local government projects across Australia for the following categories:
NATIONWIDE SUPPLY
Furthermore, LGCA extends an invitation to suppliers that supply to any or all states for the following categories:
STREET SWEEPING (Targeting Greater Melbourne predominantly, however open to companies Australia wide)
EVENTS (Targeting Greater Melbourne predominantly, however open to companies Australia wide)
which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Event Equipment Hire
- Event Management Services
- Toilet and Amenities Hire
COURIER SERVICES (Open to companies Australia wide)
ENGINEERING & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANCY & SUPPORT SERVICES (Open to companies Australia wide)
Note: Suppliers that have previously completed LGCAs RTQ process are not required to re-apply in response to this advertisement.
For suppliers who successfully meet the evaluation criteria, LGCA will publish their supplier profile on the NLGSR, where council buyers will be able to view all supplier information. The NLGSR is free of charge for suppliers to become prequalified on the register.
How to Apply - Suppliers can register Supplier Registration - Local Government Contracts Australia
LGCA will then forward a tailored RTQ application relevant to your stated category to begin the process.
Application Timeline - Suppliers must complete their RTQ application within 31 October 2025 of registration to be considered for inclusion on the contractor list.
