EOI - Small Sites Program

Development Victoria is pleased to release the Small Sites Program, bringing to market another 10 sites across Metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Through this Program the Victorian Government is seeking to divest surplus government land to developers to accelerate the supply of new and affordable housing for Victorians.

This is a significant opportunity for developers to partner with the Victorian Government. Developers will have the opportunity to acquire, fund and develop one or multiple sites via a two stage process commencing with this Expression of Interest (EOI), which will be followed for shortlisted Bidders by a Request for Proposal (RFP).
