HSNSW Linen Services seeks a panel for the manufacture and supply of compliant, reliable linen trolleys in various types and sizes to support NSW Health facility operations.

Scope
Supply, manufacture, and delivery of linen trolleys to NSW Health facilities, including:
- Initial Supply: 400 trolleys meeting HSNSW specifications, Australian Standards, and WHS requirements.
- Ongoing Supply: Panel arrangement for three years (with two one-year options) to provide trolleys on an as-required basis.
Suppliers must ensure durable, ergonomic, and fit-for-purpose trolleys, consistent quality, reliable supply, and support sustainability through recyclable materials, minimal packaging, and responsible end-of-life disposal. The arrangement will streamline procurement, improve operational efficiency, and standardise trolleys across all sites.
