LUMP SUM CONTRACT
Strathbogie Shire Council invites suitable qualifies consultants to submit a tender for the development of a comprehensive Master Plan for the Euroa Get Active Corridor - Community and Youth Precinct. This Master Plan will guide the future development of an inclusive, engaging and accessible outdoor space that reflects the needs and aspirations of the Euroa community.
Strathbogie Shire Council conducted a community engagement process in 2022 to inform the development of the Euroa Get Active Space. The initial aim was to establish an inclusive outdoor play precinct that would meet the needs of youth, young people and families. Key priorities identified included:
- BMX Track
- Skate Park
- Nature Play areas
- A dedicated space for teenage girls
- Familly-firnedly facilities
Building on the vision, Council now seeks to develop a Master Plan for the Euroa Get Active Corridor - Community and Youth Precinct.
Tenders can be only lodged on line through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.
It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:
Contract 25-26-27 - Master Plan for Euroa Get Active Corridor with concept designs for key areas is a Lump Sum Contract. Strathbogie Shire Council advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.
All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted, and you will be unable to continue.
We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection.
