Dynamic 365 Developer/Functional Consultant

Professional Service Overview

The MDBA seeks a Dynamics 365 developer or functional consultant to provide temporary support to the Application Management Team on a part-time basis, as needed for specific projects.

The Services will involve collaborating with business analysts, solution architects, and subject matter experts to verify that the system fulfills requirements, facilitates structured decision-making, and aligns with MDBA's overall technology architecture.

Key Services

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into D365 solutions.
• Design, configure, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) including workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
• Design and develop custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Azure services, and extend D365 through plugins, custom workflows, and Power Apps components.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, data security, and integration requirements.
• Integrate D365 with other MDBA platforms and external systems (e.g., environmental models, data stores, Azure services).
• Participate in Agile delivery sprints, providing effort estimates, technical input, and progress updates.
• Work with testers and analysts to support unit testing, UAT, bug resolution, and system refinement.
• Assist with documentation, including solution architecture, configuration details, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer to BAU support teams.
