Requirement

Tenderers are to provide an itemised quote with their submission addressing the following:

1. TM1 Version Upgrade

1. Planning Analytics software version upgrade for Dev servers
2. Planning Analytics software version upgrade for QA servers
3. Planning Analytics software version upgrade for Prod servers
4. Support DHA IT with update of the PAfE excel add-in deployment script (new PAfE client version)
5. Support end user testing of upgraded software version

Total for TM1 Version Upgrade – No more than 7 Days

2. PAfE Conversion

1. Convert existing excel templates for old TM1 databases from Perspectives to PAfE format - Dev environment
2. Support end user testing of templates converted for PAfE
3. Convert existing excel templates for old TM1 databases from Perspectives to PAfE format - QA environment
4. Convert existing excel templates for old TM1 databases from Perspectives to PAfE format - Prod environment
5. Installation and configuration of PULSE on DHA network TM1 servers

Total PAfE Conversion – No more than 2 Days

3. Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) Training

1. TM1 half day on-site training for the new features of PAfE for TM1 Perspectives users.
