Mornington Peninsula Shire Council (MPSC) invites a suitably qualified external contractor to undertake a comprehensive Building Condition Audit of Council's building assets. The audit will be conducted in accordance with industry best practices and asset management standards (IPWEA, ISO 55000) and will capture accurate, component-level data. The information collected will support lifecycle management planning, long-term capital works programming, maintenance prioritisation, compliance with policies and statutory requirements, contractor performance monitoring, and predictive modelling of asset lifecycles to inform strategic decision-making and investment planning.
