Provision of Facility Management and Leisure Services

Yarra Ranges Shire Council (ABN 21 973 226 012), here forth referred to as the ‘Council’, invite tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of CT7832 Provision of Facility Management and Leisure Services (‘the Services’).

The Contract will be for an initial period of five (5) years with Council having the solo option to extend the Contract by two (2) further optional terms, at its discretion, of up to five (5) years each resulting in a potential overall term of fifteen (15) years.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Services as outlined in the specification.

Council intends to select one (1) tenderer for the whole of the Service.
