Tender Description
NT PHN seeks to establish the care finders in the Barkly Region to provide specialist and intensive assistance to help people to understand and access aged care and connect with other relevant supports in the community.
An information session will be held on Thursday, 26 September 2025 at 11:00am (ACST).
