Opportunity requirements

There are two projects included in this RFT, both requiring the provision of Concept Design & Review of Environmental Factors (REF) Services.The NSW and Australian governments are planning to ease congestion and improve safety at the intersection of the Great Western Highway and Parker Street, Penrith.The scope for Rouse Hill Hospital Transport Integration Works covers the delivery of road capacity and public and active transport improvements along Windsor Road and Commercial Road to support the proposed Rouse Hill Hospital.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
