Local Scoop is Council’s key community communication channel, providing residents and businesses with updates on Council services, local projects, programs, and events. Ensuring high-quality production and reliable delivery is essential to maintain community engagement and trust in the publication – an example of this is included in the supplementary information.

The City of Whittlesea requires a suitably qualified quality print company to print Local Scoop and prepare the publication for distribution.
