WWC - Construction Langley Park - Clubroom Redevelopment and Amenities Upgrade

The Waratah-Wynyard Council is seeking tenders from experienced Building Construction Contractors, partnered with sub-trades, civil construction contractors and similar organisations for the construction of the Langley Park Sports Pavilion Upgrades, consistent with the outcomes of the Somerset Sports Precinct Master Plan.

The Contractor will be required to undertake the works to comply with the obligations under the contract as the Managing Contractor. The Contractor shall perform all work, including the supply and installation of all materials, as detailed on the drawings and described in the specifications.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted to the Electronic Tender Box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required, please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
