Tender Description

The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the upgrade of Elysium Reserve and Coulls Reserve (the Services). The Council intends to enter into a Minor Works Contract with the Successful Tenderer.

Site Briefing

A briefing session will be held at Coulls Reserve, 3 Historic Drive, Highbury, SA, Australia, 5089 on 9:00 am 24 September 2025.

Notes: Please note, the briefing will commence at Coulls Reserve, 3 Historic Drive, Highbury SA 5089 and will conclude at Elysium Reserve, corner of Chatswood Grove and Carrick Place, Golden Grove SA 5125.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
