Maranoa Regional Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit pricing and supporting documentation, for upgrades to the Council Admin Building Electrical and HVAC Systems in the Auditorium & Ernest Brock Room in Roma, QLD 4455.
The main component under this contract is a mechanical upgrade of the HVAC system in the Auditorium and Ernest Brock Room. To enable this upgrade there are some electrical upgrades required before the mechanical upgrades can be completed.
The electrical work carried out shall comprise of the upgrade of existing supply boards including the addition of some new boards.
The HVAC work carried out shall comprise of the manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the Mechanical Services for this project.
A tender briefing including a site inspection is set down for Tuesday 23 September 2025 at 11:00am. While this will not be a compulsory site inspection it is highly recommended that prospective tenderers attend this to familiarise themselves with a complex site.
