Water Broker Panel

This Invitation is for the provision of strategic advice and transactional management services for South East Water’s water portfolio in northern Victoria.

South East Water wishes to establish a new panel of brokers enabling the optimisation of allocation trading for the water portfolio, reflecting the dynamic water marketplace.

Scope of Work / Requirements

South East Water aims to appoint multiple (anticipating 2-3) preferred Brokers (under a panel arrangement) for this scope of works. The total number of brokers will be determined at South East Water’s discretion.

The quantity and value of Trade Orders under the contract is not guaranteed, and issuing a Trade Order to a Broker on the panel will be at South East Water’s discretion.

Throughout the panel period, Trade Orders will be awarded to Brokers that continue to demonstrate value for money and deliver fit for purpose outcomes that fully meets South East Water’s specifications and requirements.

South East Water reserves the right to vary the proportion of a Trade Order allocated and awarded in favour of better performing Broker(s).
