Invercargill City Council & Environment Southland Co-location Feasibility

⁠⁠⁠Invercargill City Council (ICC) and Environment Southland (ES) have several accommodation challenges with their existing properties and are both assessing options to accommodate their future office space needs.

Both councils have indicated a willingness to work together and assess the feasibility of a co-location accommodation solution.

This represents a fantastic opportunity for developers to put forward proposals to resolve ICC’s & ES’s accommodation needs. ICC alongside ES, are seeking formal registrations of interest and market feedback from developers to help inform their decision making for their future accommodation requirements.
