Tender Description

Background

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) has conducted annual Employee Opinion Surveys (EOS) since 1996. These surveys serve as a key corporate performance metric, benchmarking TAC’s internal results against previous years and against organisations nationally and globally. In more recent years, the approach to measuring employee engagement and experience has matured to a more contemporary approach, with less reliance on a single EOS.

Purpose

The TAC is seeking responses from suitably qualified service providers to support and deliver high-quality Employee Listening and survey services that align with TAC’s strategic objectives and goals. This involves delivering key surveys, analysis and insights to complement the current approach to Employee Listening to deliver on the TAC’s strategic goals. Documents contained in the Request for Tender provide further detailed information on the current approach, services and requirements requested to support the current approach the TAC has adopted.

The resulting Agreement with a potential service provider will be based on a fixed term comprising an initial term of three years with the possibility of extending for an additional two years at the TAC’s discretion.

About the TAC

The TAC is a government–owned enterprise, established under the Transport Accident Act 1986 (Vic) to reduce the social and financial cost of transport accident injuries to the Victorian community.

We pay for treatment and support services for people injured in transport accidents, promote road safety in Victoria and improve the state’s trauma system.
