Expression of Interest – Turnkey Building Development

Midfield Meat International invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified turnkey building development companies for the Eccles Street Key Worker Housing Project, Warrnambool.

The $10-15m development will deliver ~88 modular dwellings plus communal facilities, roads, parking and services, supported by the Regional Worker Accommodation Fund.

Submissions must outline company capability, relevant project experience, and delivery approach.
