Mitchell Shire Council is seeking offers from suitably qualified contractors for the JJ Clancy Reserve Car park, Roadway and Landscape Upgrade. This is a Council funded project to formalise the unsealed southern carpark with landscaping, improving the Kelly’s Lane road entrance and improving the JJ Clancy internal road.

The scope of this RFT is to appoint a suitability qualified and experienced civil construction contractor to:

1. Formalise the car parking area between the tennis and netball courts and the new integrated community ‘pavilion’, including a new raised pedestrian crossing at the Clarke St entry point.
2. Improve the Kellys Lane entrance to improve sightlines, pedestrian safety and vehicle movement.
3. Provide formalised paths of travel for pedestrians throughout the car park with formalised pedestrian footpaths and raised pedestrian crossings.
4. Improve the landscaping of the formalised car parking area
