Townsville Catholic Education Office is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Building Contractors for Mary Help Of Christians Catholic College Stage 02

Scope of Works: Stage 2 – Construction of a two storey STEM hub comprising of 5 science laboratories and associated staff and preparation areas, 7 general classrooms food technology and amenities. Construction of a single storey Design Technology hub comprising 5 workshops 2 general classrooms and associated staff areas. Construction of a carpark and student set-down facilities.

Building Contractors can contact the Architect (admin@tmarchitects.com.au) to request a pre-tender scope of works package. This will be provided at the discretion of the client and will not form any part of the tender or contract.

From the response to the Expressions of Interest, a shortlist of tenderers will be selected.

Expressions of Interest are to be e-mailed to the office of the architect and received no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 17th of September, 2023.
