Tender Description

Casey City Council is seeking a response to this Request for Tender from experienced and suitably qualified tenderers to provide the Services described in the Tender Specification.

This includes upgrading the existing netball, football cricket pavilions to bring them up to standards in line with SFF standards. Increased usability for our tenant clubs. Creation of a new standalone community room next to existing assets to support club operations and promote multiuse.

The project is located at 62-68 South Gippsland Highway, Tooradin. Works to include, but are not limited to, the following:

the construction of a new elevated social pavilion including amenities, store room, kitchen, foyer, social room and compliant ramps, stairs;
renewal works to the existing football / cricket pavilion and the existing netball pavilion including structural works, rearrangement of amenities, installation of a kitchen and a kitchenette, painting and floor finishes;
all associated services and security requirements, fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, walls, roofing, canopy, painting and floor finishes;
all access requirements including ramps, stairs, balustrades and paving
