Tender Description
This project is for a design and construction of a social housing complex at 401-403 Anzac Highway, Camden Park. The proposed development will include approximately 48 apartments. Located on a 2,525 m² site with a frontage of around 55 metres and a depth of 47 metres, the housing complex will feature apartments with on-grade car parking, common circulation areas, and landscaping. The development represents the redevelopment of an existing public housing site and is intended to provide a new apartment building that aligns with the Trust’s objective of increasing housing availability for South Australians.
