Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for Equal access modifications located at Lockyer Valley State High School at 100 William Street, Gatton QLD 4343.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• A minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
• QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
