The Employment Pathways (EP) team require a form of virtual interview software for use in our annual graduate recruitment process, ensuring we are able to efficiently and accurately assess a wide range of potential candidates. The graduate program is a key talent pipeline for the department, and facilitating a virtual process allows our team to broaden the candidate pool across Australia, ensuring we engage high-performing talent through this program.
