Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor to fulfil Contract 25-26-26 - Strathbogie Road Safety Improvements - Harrys Creek, Longwood Ruffy and Euroa Strathbogie Roads.
The Council is pleased to invite tenders (Tenders) from suitably Qualified and Experienced Contractors for the delivery of the following projects:
- Project 1 – Longwood-Ruffy Road (Tarcombe to Ruffy) - Signage and Barrier
- Project 2 – Harrys Creek Road (Kithbrook to Violet Town) - Signage and Barrier
- Project 3 – Euroa-Strathbogie Road (Euroa to Strathbogie) - Signage and Tactile Line Marking
Each project will be treated as a Separable Package under this Request for Tender (RFT). Tenderers may submit a Tender for one, multiple or all projects. Council reserves the right to award any or all Separable Packages to one or more Tenderers, or not proceed with any portion, at its sole discretion.
The entity submitting a Tender (Tenderer) confirms, by submitting their Tender, that the Tenderer has read, understood and agrees to the terms of the RFT Documents.
Tenders will be received until 4pm FRIDAY 3rd October 2025.
Tenders can be only lodged on-line through the Tendersearch e-Procure portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.
It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:
Contract 25-26-26- Strathbogie Road Safety Improvements - Harrys Creek, Longwood Ruffy and Euroa Strathbogie Roads is a Lump Sum Contract. Strathbogie Shire Council advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.
All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted, and you will be unable to continue.
We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection.
