Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites quotations for consultancy services for the Coastal Zone Asset Risk Management and Monitoring Plan in accordance with this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Council is looking to procure consultancy services to undertake the development of procedures and programs that will inform Council’s AMPs within the coastal zone. This includes risk management procedures, asset monitoring programs and a review and recommendations/strategy provided for the future update of Council’s AMPs in the coastal zone. An AMP for beach access tracks, based on the above, is listed as a provisional item. This project will build upon existing work to create a cohesive and best practice approach to asset management within the coastal zone. 

Bidders must submit quotations in the manner required by this RFQ.

Council has adopted a Statement of Business Ethics which applies to this RFQ process. A copy of the Statement can be downloaded at Council’s website www.shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au. 

This RFQ will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993, the Local Government (General) Regulations 2021 and the Office of Local Government NSW Tenderlink Guidelines

Quotations will close at 10:00am AEST Thursday 2nd October 2025. Tenders must be lodged in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Request for Quotation Document.
