Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out of an after-hours Contact Centre answering and information service to Shoalhaven City council for the Provision of an After-Hours Contact Centre in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

The Council is seeking tenders for contracted services contained in Part B (Specifications) of this document for the duration of 3 years.

The Council may at its option, extend the contract for a further two periods of one year by serving a written notice of its intention to do so upon the Contractor, with at least three (3) month’s notice from the expiration date of the contract.

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this request for tender.

Council has adopted a Statement of Business Ethics, which applies to this tender process. A copy of the Statement is available to for download via Council’s website www.shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au.

This tender will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993, the Local Government (General) Regulations 2021 and the Division of Local Government Tendering Guidelines.

Tenders will close at 10:00am AEST Thursday 2nd October 2025. Tenders must be lodged in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Request for Tender Document.
