The Department of Primary Industries (DPI), through Agriculture - Customer & Business Services, Facilities is seeking offers from qualified and experienced commercial cleaning providers for the provision of cleaning services for 203 Tor Street Wilsonton Heights for an initial 12-month contract term with two (2) 12-month extension options. It is proposed for services to commence on the 1 November 2025.

The supplier will be required to supply the required consumables, plant and equipment to undertake the services.

This RFQ has a mandatory industry briefing on Thursday, 18 September 2025. Suppliers will meet at: 203 Tor Street, Toowoomba at 10:00AM.
