Bituminous Surfacing and Associated Services

⁠⁠⁠Scenic Rim Regional Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified Tenderers to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of "Bituminous Surfacing and Associated Services" across the Scenic Rim Region.

The work under this contract is for the Provision of Spray Seal Material and Services on various roads within the Scenic Rim Regional Council. The contractor will generally be responsible for the following works:

•  Spray seal design to Austroads 'Guide to Pavement Technology Part 4K: Selection and Design of Sprayed Seals'
•  Taking delivery and appropriately storing all materials required to undertake the works.
•  Surface preparation
•  Supply, Cart, Heat and Spray Bitumen or Bitumen Emulsion (of various grades)
•  Supply and incorporate additives as required
•  Supply, Cart, Spread and Roll cover aggregate
•  Road sweeping following completion of sealing works
•  Provide appropriate traffic management services during spray seal works, including aftercare
•  Installation of Temporary Raised Pavement Markers (TRPM) in preparation for line marking
•  Supply and installation of Line Marking and Raised Retroreflective Pavement Markers (RRPM)
