Engagement of a Expense8 Technical Resource to undertake the following:

• Part A - Audit and Assurance: To be completed by end of December 2025 Development of an Expense8 Application Assurance Framework in consultation with the Financial and Shared Services Branch, DISR. The framework must incorporate effective change management practices as well as ensure the related automated processes are efficient, reliable, and maintainable. Comprehensive auditing measures to be included to mitigate risks ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. 
• Part B - BAU - Contract Option: January 2026 to 30 June 2026 (Dependent on budget outcomes this may not be taken up by DISR).
