Tender Description
WorkSafe Victoria (WorkSafe) is seeking tenders from legal service providers to apply to join its Personal Injury Legal Services Panel (Panel).
The Panel will be refreshed for a new contract term of 4+2 years from 1 July 2026.
The Panel firms represent WorkSafe and indemnified employers, and offer legal advice, under Victoria's Accident Compensation Legislation, in connection with disputes and litigation relating to worker’s common law and statutory benefit entitlements as well as third party recoveries.
The Panel has two categories;
- Common Law and Statutory Benefits
- Recoveries
A Tenderer may apply to undertake work in the either category or both.
The RFT will be structured into two stages. Only shortlisted Tenderers will be invited to respond to Stage 2 for further assessment.
