Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders for the provision of an Enterprise System to enable internal efficiencies and deliver an enhanced customer experience.
Software is required for the following areas:
- Asset Management
- Corporate Planning & Reporting
- Customer Management
- Development Applications Management
- Environmental Health Management
- General Regulatory
- HRMS (incl Payroll)
- Implementation Reporting and Integration (incl Finance & EDMS)
- Local Laws Management
- Property, Rates, Debtors & Waste Management
- Risk and Incident Management
Council have requested integration into the following existing systems, however have allowed full replacement as an option:
- Finance, Procurement, Contracts & Project Management
- Electronic Document Management System
