Provision of Enterprise Systems

Council is seeking tenders for the provision of an Enterprise System to enable internal efficiencies and deliver an enhanced customer experience.

Software is required for the following areas:

• Asset Management
• Corporate Planning & Reporting
• Customer Management
• Development Applications Management
• Environmental Health Management
• General Regulatory
• HRMS (incl Payroll)
• Implementation Reporting and Integration (incl Finance & EDMS)
• Local Laws Management
• Property, Rates, Debtors & Waste Management
• Risk and Incident Management

Council have requested integration into the following existing systems, however have allowed full replacement as an option:

• Finance, Procurement, Contracts & Project Management
• Electronic Document Management System
