The provision of a quality assured contract for the Carpark Upgrade Works at Knox City Tennis Club and Wantirna Reserve. This construction program includes the following projects:

• Part A – Knox City Tennis Club Carpark
• Part B – Wantirna Reserve Hockey Carpark
• Part C – Wantirna Reserve Scout Carpark

Tenderers are requested to price this tender as set out in the schedules to allow Council to award the tender as one package.

Tenderers should be aware that the tender is split into three parts. Council’s preference is to award all parts to a single Contractor, but reserves the right to award different parts to different Contractors.

Tenderers for this project are to be pre-qualified with the Civil Contractors Federation or ISO, or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers will be required to submit a detailed works program for the entire works and this will form a key element of the evaluation process.

Tenderers should note that all works for this contract shall be completed as specified within the approved submitted Works Program and no later than 31 April 2026. Parts B & C works shall not commence prior to completion of current dog park and playground works in Wantirna Reserve, which is currently anticipated to be completed by mid-November 2025.
