Hopetoun Outdoor Swimming Pool - Major Repairs (re-advertised)

Yarriambiack Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake all construction works associated with the major repair and upgrade works of the Hopetoun Outdoor Swimming Pool, located at 77 Evelyn Street Hopetoun.

The scope of works includes all necessary labour, materials and associated activities required to complete the project. The key elements of the works are as follows:

• Main pool wet deck conversion, including a balance tank
• Main pool shell rebuild, including an all-abilities access ramp
• Toddler pool upgrade, including wet deck conversion
• New pool slide.

Technical specifications and requirements have been prepared/provided by Lacus Consulting, outlining construction requirements.

VBA registered domestic builder, or supervision of the project by a registered builder.

Mandatory Site Inspections – a mandatory site inspection is required prior to the lodgement of tenders is required; please refer to Item 3. of Part 1 - Conditions of Participation for further details.

Council's budget for this project is $1,000,000 to $1,100,000 (excluding GST).
